Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns within the EU. Items can be returned within 14 days of your order, provided they are in their original, unused condition. We can't accept returns for items that show signs of use. Please package the items carefully to avoid damage during transit, as we cannot refund items that arrive damaged. Please note that shipping and customs costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility.

If your order has already been dispatched to an incorrect address, a refund minus the processing fee will only be issued if the original order is returned to me. Please note that rejected parcels are not a priority for postal companies and may take several months to be returned. Once the item is returned, it will be relisted, and you can repurchase it. Refund: If you prefer a refund, I will issue a refund for the item’s cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they have already been paid to the carrier. Will I need to pay extra customs fees when ordering from the US?

No. All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties, handling, and customs fees are included in the shipping cost at checkout. You will not receive an additional bill when your order arrives.
