I love this blouse! But, I had to put it down because I cannot figure out the neckline. The designer has pictures in the pattern and for some reason could not figure out how to attach the neckline. The designer did respond many times and explained the construction, but my brain could not figure it out. I am not giving up, just taking a break. It is a beautiful blouse!
