Custom and personalized orders

Absolutely! We are more than happy to accept personalized orders for both DTF printing and embroidery. If you would like your logo, a special text, or your own custom design printed or embroidered on our products, please reach out to us via Etsy messages before placing your order.

To ensure the longevity of your items, we recommend following these steps: • DTF Printed Items: Wash your garment inside out in cold water (max 30°C / 86°F) on a gentle cycle. Do not use bleach. Do not iron directly on the print; either iron it inside out or place a thin piece of fabric over the design. • Embroidered Items: Wash with similar colors to keep the embroidery threads vibrant. Whenever possible, we recommend hang drying instead of using a tumble dryer.

What is your processing and shipping time?

Every item is made to order and specially prepared just for you. • Processing Time: It typically takes [1-3] business days to prepare your order. • US Domestic Shipping: Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes [3-5] business days. (You can check shipping upgrade options during checkout if you need it sooner.)

What is the difference between Embroidery and DTF printing? Which one should I choose?

• Embroidery: A highly durable method where the design is stitched directly into the fabric using threads. It offers a textured, premium look and is ideal for logos, minimal text, and bold-lined designs. • DTF Printing (Direct to Film): A method where the design is transferred onto the fabric using a special film. There are no color limitations! It yields fantastic results for photo-quality images, multi-colored graphics, and highly detailed illustrations. It blends beautifully with the fabric and has a soft feel. You can choose the method that best suits your design's details.
