Made-to-Order Items:
All of our products are made just for you when you order, so please double-check your order details before checking out. Because production begins quickly, we’re unable to cancel, change, or modify orders once they are placed.

Production Time & Shipping:
Each item is made to order and crafted with care. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for production before your order ships. Shipping is standard economy and is estimated at 10–15 days after production. Tracking is provided early, but may show “pre-shipment” while your item is being made and in early transit—this is completely normal. If you need your mat by a specific date, please message us before ordering—we’re happy to help!

Returns & Refunds:
Because our products are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are only available if an item arrives damaged or is lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
