I received the wrong item / I received a damaged item. What do I do?

Before we package an order we check to ensure it is perfect. We're sorry if a mistake slipped through! Just send us a message with a photo of the item attached and we will process a replacement or refund.

My order says it is delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?

Sometimes the mail carrier may mark a package as delivered before delivering. Typically when this happens the package will be delivered in the next couple of days. If you still do not receive your package contact your local post office and they will help you track it down. Feel free to message us for help!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing times will vary depending on the items ordered. You can find our processing time in each individual listing. After processing, your order is shipped with the shipping option you select at check-out. Standard shipping typically takes 10-15 days and may be delayed during peak seasons. Expedited options typically arrive in 15-25 days. Add the processing time and shipping time from your selected shipping option to get the estimated arrival date!

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If we have not shipped the order yet before getting to your message we can change the shipping address. Since we begin production on orders very quickly unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we can change the shipping address.

Disney Patches! These patches are versatile and can be ironed, sewn, or glued onto various items. They are perfect for adding a touch of magic and love to your hats, shirts, fanny packs, backpacks and makeup bags.

How to iron on:
1. Make sure your item/garment are clean.
2. Place patch backside down on desired position and place a pressing (100% cotton) over top.
3. Set iron to medium dry heat, between 150 to 180 degrees and press firmly for around 60 seconds
4. Turn garment inside out and iron the back of the patches for 30-40 seconds.
5. Let cool for one minute. If the edge of your patch starts to lift, please repeat step 4.
