1) Downloads must be done from the Esty website, and are NOT available from the mobile app. 2) How to download Step 1. Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser like Chrome or Safari, and access "Your Account." Step 2. Access the "Purchases and Reviews" section. Step 3. Next to your order, select "Download Files." This will open the Download Page containing all the files associated with your order.
