We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you wish to cancel your order and return an item for a refund, please contact us within 24 hours at customer.service@jewelledbuddha.com. If your order has not been dispatched we will refund the full amount. If the order has been dispatched and you wish to cancel the goods, please do so by returning the items to us in a new, unused, unworn condition with all the original packaging and tags (when applicable) attached, at your own expense within 7 days. On receipt of the goods we will issue a refund.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, Jewelled Buddha will refund any item you are not happy with, providing the goods are returned in the original saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the return of the goods and therefore we recommend that you return items by using a signed for postal service. Please contact us within 48 hours and we will do all we can to help. New and unused means that there are no marks on the item, or any evidence of wear on the tags. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser. Jewelled Buddha will refund your return shipping cost only if the item has been incorrectly sent or defective.

Please note that we cannot exchange like for like items in our Kantha or Uzbek range of scarves or Sari Bead Necklaces. This is because they are one-of- a-kind and are not supplied in multiples of the same design or colour. The only exceptions are the black sari bead necklaces which we may have multiples of at the time. However if you see something else you like on our website in a similar design or colour at the same price, we will be happy to exchange this if the stock is available. If the stock is not available we will refund you. Sale items cannot be exchanged. * Please note, we cannot accept refunds on pierced jewellery unless the original packaging has remained sealed.

In the event you receive a product that is faulty, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will make every effort to resolve the problem. In accordance with the recently updated Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject a faulty product. This right is limited to 30 days from the date of purchase. *Return postage fees will only be refunded along with the purchase price, if the item is proved faulty. This one-of-a-kind, long silk scarf is crafted from two layers of hand-picked, vintage sari silk, hand embroidered with Kantha stitch all over. One side is a soft pink with a subtle floral print and embellished gold border for a bit of glamour. The reverse side has an abstract print in soft pink and blue shades. Each scarf is also personalised with the embroidered signature of the artisan who made it. A labour of love and slow fashion statement that quietly resists the chaotic world of fast fashion.
