Please note that this right does not apply to custom or personalized products. All custom product sales are final. If you return your purchase, we’ll refund the full cost of the item (excluding delivery costs if applicable) once the returned item is received in its original condition.

We work with multiple print partners across the US and Europe in order to provide you with the best products and services possible.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to the carrier first to check the delivery status. If needed, you can file a claim with the carrier. Once the claim is successfully resolved, we’ll be happy to send a replacement order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or store credits for packages that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered by the carrier.

We typically do not accept cancellations as orders are sent to production right away. Custom orders can take a bit longer to go to production, so feel free to check with us if you've changed your mind. We might be able to help but cannot guarantee anything.
