Can you match my colors

Unfortunately, that would be difficult as computer monitors do not always show the same hue or shade of the same color. I am ready to work with you to see your dream item come true.

Can you rush my order?

During peak seasons, such as Christmas, I will have an option in my store to purchase Rush My Item. This moves your item to the front of the production line and ensures it will be finished faster than without. If you need an item within a day or two of ordering then you will need to purchase Rush My Order as well as overnight shipping. Best practice is to message me when you need an item and we can work together to see if it is possible,

What is your return policy?

My store policy is no returns but customer satisfaction is one thing we take great pride in. Problem with the order? Message me so we can work together to resolve the issue to both our satisfaction. If an item is being returned: Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping must include tracking Item must be returned in unused condition Once return is received, and after evaluated for condition, a refund will be given If item was sold with free shipping then return will be payment less my shipping charges. If item is damaged or used then maximum refund will be 40% of original payment less seller's shipping costs. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalized items are not returnable.
