Shipping Policies regarding lost or undelivered packages

If an item is lost in transit, please email me and contact US Postal Customer Service at 1-800-275-8777 Items returned by the US Post Office as Undeliverable in the United States will be held for 30 days. International items will be held for 90 days. Buyer must contact me with corrected address and pay additional shipping fees if applicable to Re Send package.

Returning Items that Included FREE Shipping

As A rule, I do NOT offer free shipping. I believe a buyer deserves to know EXACTLY how much of THEIR money is being used to pay for shipping. This is part of my business practices to increase transparency. In the rare case shipping is offered free, I reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for returned items which is within FTC regulations. Thank you for your understanding!

Accepting Returns or Exchanges
