Step 2: Sun Drying
After dyeing, the rugs are naturally dried under the sunlight to help the colors set beautifully.

Step 3: Block Printing
Once dry, skilled artisans hand-print the second design using traditional wooden block printing techniques.

Step 4: Sun Drying Again
The rugs are placed back under the sun to allow the printed design to dry naturally and become long-lasting.

Step 5: Washing & Finishing
Each rug is thoroughly washed to remove any excess dye and then carefully finished to ensure the highest quality.

Step 6: Ready to Dispatch
After a final quality inspection, the rugs are packed with care and are ready to be dispatched to their new home.

As this rug is handcrafted from 100% cotton using traditional block-printing techniques, slight shrinkage may occur during the natural dyeing, washing, and finishing processes. This is a normal characteristic of handmade textiles and reflects the authenticity and craftsmanship of each unique piece.

Because each rug is handcrafted using traditional, natural dyeing and printing techniques, slight variations in color may occur from one rug to another. These unique differences are a natural part of the handmade process and make every rug truly one of a kind.

Our colors are derived from natural sources using traditional methods, making each rug eco-friendly, sustainable, and unique. The smell may occur sometimes because the rug has been packed during transit. This is completely normal and can occasionally happen with handmade products. Simply place the rug in a well-ventilated area or outdoors in fresh air for a few hours, and the odor will naturally disappear.

The buyer must contact us within 5 days of receiving the product to request a return.

The product must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.

Customized, personalized, or specially made-to-order products are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be accepted for return.
