~We guarantee you will receive a product free from defect or we will replace it! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance with a damaged or defective item. Our policy does not cover theft after delivery or invalid/undeliverable addresses as defined by the carrier. ~All of our products are designed & printed by hand upon order in the USA. Each order is custom made just for you. We don't sell used or returned products & we are unable to accept a return, exchange or cancellation for this reason.
