Most of our work begins with an idea from a customer. Whether you want a different leather color, a special size, a wider fit, a matching belt, or a completely custom pair of handmade shoes or boots, we are happy to discuss it with you. Each piece is made by hand, so small details can be adjusted with care before production begins. Please send your measurements, reference photos, or design notes before ordering. Custom pieces are made especially for you, so they cannot be returned unless there is a clear making fault.

Because our shoes and boots are handmade, we care a lot about getting the fit right. We offer US, UK, and EU sizes, and we can also guide you if you have wide feet, narrow feet, a high instep, or any special fitting concern. For the best result, please share your foot length and width before placing an order, especially for custom footwear. If you are unsure about your size, message us first. We would rather help you choose carefully than let you order the wrong size.

Good leather becomes more beautiful with time when it is cared for properly. Keep your handmade leather shoes, boots, bags, and accessories away from too much water, direct heat, and long sunlight exposure. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after use, and apply a suitable leather conditioner when the leather feels dry. Store footwear with shoe trees or paper inside to help keep the shape. Please avoid harsh cleaners. With simple care, your leather piece will age with character.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Every order is packed with care because handmade work deserves to arrive beautifully. We protect each pair of shoes, boots, bags, or leather accessory so it reaches you safely and feels special when opened. If your order is a gift, you may send us a short note and we will include it with the package. Gift packaging may depend on the product size and shipping destination, but we always try to present your handmade leather item in a clean, thoughtful, and professional way.

Wholesale availability

There are brown shoes. And then there are these. A single seamless piece of full-grain leather, hand-painted in a flowing cognac-to-dark-brown gradient, mirror-polished to a deep glacage shine. Every pair is painted by hand — the colour bleeds from a warm light cognac at the toe, through amber at the instep, to a deep chocolate brown at the edges and heel. No two pairs are identical. That is not a flaw. That is the point.

Each pair is handmade to order in our family workshop in Sialkot, Pakistan — the leather capital of the world — where skilled artisans have been refining this craft since 2009.

Patina is the art of hand-painting leather in gradient tones to create depth, dimension, and a look that no dye machine can replicate. The technique — known as "Anticatura" in Italian bespoke shoemaking — requires a craftsman to apply multiple layers of dye by hand, building colour from light to dark, then polishing to a high gloss. It is the hallmark of luxury European shoemakers whose shoes cost £500–£800. Your pair is made using the same technique, in the same leather capital, at a fraction of that price.
