Where are your products made and shipped from?

I design all of the artwork myself. Once the design is complete, my trusted U.S.-based fulfillment partner professionally embroiders or prints it on the product and ships it directly to you. This way, you receive a unique design from me with the quality and speed of U.S. production and delivery.

Can I personalize my order?

Yes! I create all designs myself, and most items can be customized (names, dates, colors, or design details). Please provide the correct information in the Personalization box or send me a message right after placing your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

- Processing time: 3–5 business days (depending on the product). - Shipping within the U.S.: 2–5 business days via DHL. (Please note: delivery times may be longer during peak holiday seasons such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or Black Friday.)

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because my products are custom made, I do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there is an issue, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and provide photos so I can resolve it quickly.

What if I entered the wrong personalization details?

I create your order exactly as provided. Please double-check spelling, dates, and details before placing the order. If you notice a mistake right after checkout, message me within 12 hours. After that, I may not be able to make changes since production may have already started with my fulfillment partner.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package through DHL
