What do I do if item arrives damaged or Seller misrepresented the item?

If item arrives damage or broke, please convo seller with what the damage is, and a picture or two of the broken item, the gold box and the outside packaging. We will contact you within 24 hours with further instructions. Seller Misrepresented item: Contact seller immediately after delivery of package. Let us know how it was misrepresented.
