How do I properly care for my bracelet?

All of my bracelets are made with premium stretch cord. Try not to get your bracelet wet as doing so will dissolve the glue used to secure the knot and degrade the cord causing it to weaken. Other than putting your bracelet on and taking it off, do not continuously stretch it out. A good rule of thumb is to treat your bracelet as a treasured piece of jewelry. Your bracelet should stand the test of time if you follow to care instructions. If at anytime you would like to ship your bracelet back for restringing, you may do so by paying for the shipping costs to ship it back to you once I have replaced your bracelet cord. Please message me with your request and I will set up a custom listing for shipping and handling🌻

How do I charge and cleanse my Crystal jewellery?

All of these crystals vibrate with healing energy. As we wear them, they will absorb negative energy for you lowering their vibration and decreasing the powerful healing benefits. In order to get the maximum benefits from your healing crystals, you should place them in a windowsill on the Full Moon. You can place them there up to three days before or after a Full Moon. You can also smudge them with sage or place them on Selenite.

How to order the correct bracelet size

To make sure the size is perfect simply take a piece of string and wrap it around your wrist, then put that string to a ruler or a tape measure. If you prefer a loose fit versus fitted, please add .5 inches to your wrist size when ordering. Otherwise, your bracelet will be fitted to the exact size you order. Thank you🌻

My bracelet/pendant broke, what can I do?

I offer a 30 day grace period for bracelets and pendants. I did a lot of research and made sure to choose the perfect string for my bracelets. If by some chance your bracelet or pendant has broken within 30 days of receiving it please contact me as soon as possible, I will pay to have your bracelet/ pendant sent back to me, once fixed- I will pay to send it back to you.🌿 After 30 days, you can still send it back & I will fix it for you, but you will have to pay the shipping costs yourself. It can be a year or more after receiving it. You can always send it to me & I will always fix it for you 🌻

Why is International Shipping so expensive?

I have shipped a few international orders and the price is an estimate of how much the shipping has cost in the past. More often than not, shipping has been more than the price I charge & I end up covering the difference myself, which I don’t mind doing to keep the price as “low” as I can for you. If by chance the shipping is less than you paid I will be happy to refund you the difference. If what you paid was in fact what the shipping costs and you’d like proof, I can also provide that for you 🌻

How do I properly care for my pendant?

Please try to keep your pendant from getting wet, some stones do not like water & you could also disintegrate the glue used to keep some stones safely in place. Spray perfumes etc...before putting pendant on. If kept from getting wet, your pendant should last a very long time.🌻
