• You will receive a ZIP file containing two folders: one with A4 size and one with US Letter size. Each folder includes a one-page MS Word file and a corresponding one-page PDF.
• MS Word files are fully Editable. Feel free to make any desired edits, such as modifying text, font, and color.
• PDF files are NOT Editable. You can print the files and fill them out manually.
• This is a digital download and therefore no physical product will be shipped.
• Digital downloads are non-refundable.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD THIS FILE?

• You can download your file once your order is confirmed.
• Your file will be available under the purchases and reviews section of your account. You can use the following link to download your file: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
• Etsy will also send you an email with a link to download your file.
• Important: Please make sure you’re using a web browser (like Chrome, Safari, or Edge) on a computer or laptop to download your file, as files can’t be downloaded from the Etsy app. If you’re on a phone or tablet, open Etsy.com in your mobile browser instead to access your files.
• You can open the ZIP file by right-clicking on the file and then selecting the “Extract All” option.
• To access your files, you will need MS Word & Adobe Acrobat Reader (or another PDF viewer).
• If you have any problem downloading your file you can message me, and I will try my best to resolve it.

HOW TO EDIT THE TEMPLATE IN MICROSOFT WORD:

1. Download the file and save the template to your computer.
2. Open the file in Microsoft Word by double-clicking it. If it doesn’t open automatically, open Word first, then go to File > Open and locate the file.
3. If a yellow bar appears at the top saying Protected View, click Enable Editing. If the file opens as Read-Only, continue to the next step.
4. Go to File > Save As (or Save a Copy), choose a folder, rename the file (for example, My Edited Template), and ensure the file type is .docx.
5. Edit the content as needed and customize the text to suit your requirements.
6. Save the file again to make sure all changes are kept.
