Where does my order ship from?

I work with professional print-on-demand partners with fulfillment facilities worldwide. Orders are automatically routed to the production location best suited for fast and reliable delivery.

Will I be charged customs or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for details.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Please check the following first: • Your shipping confirmation for address accuracy • Your local post office or courier • Neighbors or building reception If everything appears correct and the order is still missing, please contact me via Etsy messages with your order number.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

All items are made specifically for you, therefore returns or exchanges are not offered. Refunds or replacements are provided only if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or mislabeled. In these cases, please contact me via Etsy messages within 30 days of delivery and include photos and your order number.

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges on custom-made items, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please contact me through Etsy Messages.

What if I entered an incorrect or incomplete address?

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Unclaimed or returned items are held for 30 days and then donated.
