The seller was extremely helpful and kept me updated with my order. Never once gave me a hard time, and despite Etsy’s poor time estimation, they worked hard to get my order to me. Just make sure you buy from them well before the event, and have patience as perfection takes time.

Item quality was as expected from video of the actual item. It was a gift and the person loved it. The pants were a smidge too tight in the crotch… as a young man he didn’t mind given the current styling these days, but it was tighter than the photo. Also be prepared for the length of time if you are customizing - took about 6 weeks before sent so I paid for expedited shipping for it to get there. Customer service was responsive when texted- immediately or within 24 hrs. That was helpful when the order somehow had an old address listed as the delivery address and Etsy did not allow for modification even within minutes of the order. Overall, I am happy mainly because the young man was happy and that was the entire point for me.
