How do I send my photos?

It's very easy! After placing your order, simply click "Message Seller" or "Contact Shop" button on Etsy and attach your photos. We need at least one front view and one side view portrait photo for the best likeness. High lighting and clear facial features work best!

Will the figure look like me? What if I don't like the design?

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We offer an Approval Guarantee. Before we start printing, we will send you screenshots of the 3D model. You can ask for revisions (e.g., "make the nose smaller," "change the hair"). We will keeps working on it until you say "Perfect!". We never print without your approval.

Custom and personalized orders

A: Since each piece is a custom-made, museum-quality artwork, good things take time! To maintain our high standards during busy seasons, our current workflow is as follows: - Design, Sculpting & Approval: 7-10 days (highly dependent on your feedback speed and revisions). - Printing, Post-Processing & Hand-Painting: 10-14 days (we take our time with precise shading, weathering, and regional varnishing to ensure perfection). - Shipping: We use premium Express Shipping (FedEx/UPS/DHL), which takes about 5-7 business days to the US and Europe. In total, please expect a realistic timeline of about 4-5 weeks to have your custom figure delivered to your hands. We believe in quality over rush, and we never ship a piece until it looks absolutely

Is the figure fragile? How is it packaged?

We use a special 14K hard resin that is more durable than standard figures, but it is still a collectible work of art and should be handled with care. Our larger figures are shipped in pieces; you simply glue them together at the joint areas using the adhesive provided (a great solution to prevent breakage). If it arrives broken (very rare), we will immediately replace it with a new one free of charge.

Can you make a custom outfit (e.g., Superhero, Wizard, Doctor)?

Absolutely! That's our specialty. Just tell us your dream concept in the personalization box or via message. Whether you want to be a Jedi, a medieval knight, or a modern CEO, we can sculpt it from scratch.
