All of our items are custom and personalized, made specifically for each order. After placing your order, please submit your photo and personalization details as requested. Each design is carefully created based on the information you provide. Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order, as we are not responsible for errors in information provided by the buyer.

Size details for each product are listed in the product photos and description. Please review all measurements carefully before placing your order. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our items, slight variations may occur. If you have any questions about sizing or fit, feel free to message us before ordering — we’re happy to help.

To keep your item looking its best, please handle with care. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, or moisture. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they may damage the surface or printed design.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Items are thoughtfully prepared and suitable for gifting. If you’re sending your order as a gift, you may leave a note at checkout and we’ll be happy to include it.

Wholesale availability

At this time, we do not offer wholesale pricing through the shop. However, for large quantity orders or special projects, please feel free to contact us to discuss availability and custom options.

Processing time is typically 1–5 business days before shipping. 4.Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. 5.Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
