Vintage Black Leather Covered Book Plate Printers Union Constitution Signed 1876

This vintage black leather covered book holds a printed copy of the Plate Printers' Union Constitution, By-Laws and Rules of Order of the Plate Printers' Union of Washington, D. C. 0rganized December 10, 1866 and revised January 10, 1870. The book was published by M'Gill & Witherow, Printers and Stereotypers 1870 in Washington City. The book has 30 pages, and the inside of the front cover is signed Edgar Baker, Washington, D. C. July 1, 1876. The inside of the back cover is signed Edgar Baker 138 Mid... Street, Flatbush, Brooklyn, N. Y. The case is 3 3/4" x 4 7/8" and is in vintage condition with some wear. The back cover is separated from the leather holder.
