Do I need to purchase a commercial license to sell your designs?

No!! All items purchased on our platform includes commerce rights however, at no point in time are you allowed to resell any of our digital files. If you'd like resell rights you'd need to purchase a commercial license and obtain a written legal document that provide you with such rights.

The item arrived in a timely manner and the print looked great. The sizing was off from what was expected. I was met with hostility and blamed immediately for the sizing discrepancy. I returned the item for a refund (minus shipping costs) and was refunded less than the actual item was purchased for. After asking Etsy for assistance with the remaining amount owed, I was met again with hostility.

Hello! We understand how disappointing it can be when an item doesn’t fit as expected. We were sympathetic to the customer, explained that size charts are provided on all of our listings and that the items received were the sizes ordered. At no point did we blame the customer. Our public refund policy at the time stated that returns were accepted minus shipping costs, which the customer acknowledged seeing and agreed to for the refund. We chose to process a refund, that was actually ineligible, because we wanted the customer to be satisfied. Shortly after, a case was opened for the shipping fees, but Etsy never notified us, so we had no opportunity to respond. We truly try our best to be fair, understanding, and helpful to every customer, and it’s unfortunate when an experience ends falsely.
