We use Gildan brand sweatshirts and hoodies. In case of a stock issue due to the supplier, we might use a similar or higher quality brand to prepare your order quickly.
We use Comfort Colors brand t-shirts, which are loose unisex fit. They are not the same fit as Bella Canvas or Gildan t-shirts.

Mono-color designs are printed black on light colors and white on dark colors, unless you specify otherwise in the “Personalization” box.
Some multicolor designs show better on some t-shirt colors. Darker designs might not look good on dark colored apparel. If design color and apparel colors are too similar, those designs might not look good on that apparel. Please keep those in mind.
Our glitter designs are digital prints that look like glitter. They are not printed with actual glitter material. They’ll look exactly like you see them on your screen.

SHIPPING
We always do our best to process and ship your products as soon as possible, but for busy periods our processing time is 1-3 Business Days.
We ship our orders within 1-2 business days after processing.
We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages once the package leaves our facility.
International: There might be customs charges and the buyer is responsible for the customs fees. These fees are not included in the shipping cost. You must check with your customs office.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our products are made-to-order, and we cannot accept any returns or exchanges unless your items were sent wrong or damaged.

Due to varying screen qualities and resolutions, the actual colors of the t-shirts or designs might be slightly different than what you see on your screen.

ORDERING
1- Select your apparel type & size
2- Select your apparel color (based on the color charts available in the images of the listing)
3- Add personalization, if you need to specify a variation of a design (e.g. Same design has variations like Bride, Groom, Mickey, Minnie etc.)
4- Add to Cart
5- Repeat the same steps if you need to add more sizes in the same order.

If there are any issues with your order (size, color, address, or design), we will contact you through Etsy messaging system. Please check your messages from Etsy. We will cancel the order if we don’t hear back from you within 3 business days.
Please contact us immediately, if you have any mistakes with your order or shipping address. We will do our best to correct it, if your order is not processed or shipped.
