Can I use your files to create digital products?

Files may be used to create new digital designs for resale BUT 1. You MUST add your own elements 2. the TDD asset may not be more than 50% of the new design 3. it MUST be flattened (you must not be able to extract the original file)

Can I return or exchange a file?

Unfortunately due to digital products being available for download immediately upon purchase, refunds or exchanges are not possible. If there is however an issue with a file (e.g. seamless issue, broken template), please reach out to the shop and I will fix it for you.

Can I use the files for POD/wholesale/mass production?

- Files may NOT be used for wholesale or mass production (e.g. bamboo shops selling pre-made bamboo pajamas, zipper rompers, etc.). - NO POD (print on demand) use is allowed

- If you are ANY business that allows customers to submit files for printing, you MAY NOT sell misprints of items without owning the files and appropriate licence where applicable. This is not limited to fabric printers, but also includes DTF/UV DTF, stickers, tumblers, clothing, etc. (anything the file can be printed on). - NO files may be shared, re-sold or given away for free. - If you have more than one shop, you need to purchase the file for each shop that will use the file. - Buying files in collaboration with others to save money is STRICTLY PROHIBITED as it is considered file sharing.

Can I add your files to cut and sew templates?

Yes, ONLY if you own the file (and appropriate licence where applicable) and are printing and selling the fabric direct to the sewist. You may not provide a "middle man" service.

What can I do with the mockups?

- You may use TDD mockups to create digital mockups to showcase your own products for your own business. - You may not use TDD mockups to offer a 3rd party mockup service unless you have purchased the once-off Virtual Assistant licence from the website.

What currency do you use?

Shop prices are set in ZAR (South African Rand). Fluctuations in price may occur for other currencies due to exchange rate variations.
