What are the shipping deadlines for Christmas?

Although there is no set deadline for Christmas orders, we advise you to order early to ensure delivery before December 25th. During this period, our production partners are very busy, and there can be shipping delays. To be on the safe side, we recommend placing your order at least 2-4 weeks before Christmas. While we cannot guarantee delivery by the 25th, we strive to provide you with the best service possible.

At LootKing, we understand that sometimes plans change or mistakes happen. That's why we're happy to accept order cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Please note that we may not be able to cancel orders and issue refunds outside of our regular business hours (9am-9pm weekdays, 10am-6pm weekends BST/GMT) and/or after the 2-hour cancellation window. We want to make the cancellation process as easy and stress-free as possible for our customers. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept requests for custom or personalised items. However, we have a wide range of pre-made items available and regularly update our store with new and exciting products. We do not offer gift wrapping and packaging services at this time.
