Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

You can make changes to your shipping address up to 3 hours after placing your order.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

Due to the nature of the product that is manufactured to order we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives poorly printed, damaged, defective or is not the size you ordered, that is, it was mislabeled. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it. If you're not sure which size fits you best, check out our size charts: we have one for each item listed in the product images. If possible, measure your favorite shirt, armpit to armpit and top to bottom for comparison.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

It takes between 2 and 5 (on average 3) days to produce and ship the products. Then you need to add the shipping times (5-7 business days) in addition to that which is the average time for it to reach your hands.

Prior knowledge of sublimation is needed to use this file, please ensure you have all the needed software and equipment before purchasing as I cannot offer support on any processes, I can only offer support on my files if there is an issue! There will be no refunds if the image does not press correctly because a sublimation substrate was not used or user error.

We do not recommend printing from a cutting software like Design Space or Silhouette. This is not a cut file and is not compatible with these types of software as it is a sublimation file. If you do not have a sublimation print manager to print from, recommended free software like Paint, Canva, Inkscape work perfectly fine. There are no refunds given for use with cutting software.
