How long does production take?

Most orders are created and shipped within 2–5 business days depending on the product and order volume. Custom and personalized pieces may require a little additional time for design approval and production.

Do you provide a proof before engraving?

For most custom orders, yes! A digital proof can be provided before production begins. Simple personalization updates on existing designs may not require a proof unless requested. Production begins once final approval is received for custom artwork.
