Will I need to pay customs duties when ordering from the US?

No. For US customers, all customs duties are already paid by us at the time of shipping. You will not face any extra payment at delivery.

What if I am outside the US and customs duties are requested at delivery?

In rare cases, if customs duties are charged upon delivery, you can pay them to receive your order and we will refund the full amount you paid.

What about VAT, GST, or sales taxes?

These taxes are regulated by each country. In the US, sales tax is collected directly by Etsy at checkout. For buyers outside the US, VAT or GST may be added depending on your country’s laws, and these are paid by the buyer.

Bring the Serenity of a Sage Garden Into Your Home! 🌿✨

Transform your hallway, kitchen, or bedside into a peaceful sanctuary with the Botanical Whisper Kilim Runner. Designed for those who love the Organic Modern aesthetic and Biophilic Design, this runner isn't just a floor covering; it’s a breath of fresh air for your living space.

✨ WHY YOU WILL LOVE IT:

• Textured Kilim Surface: Forget flat, cheap prints. Our kilim style weave offers a sophisticated, tactile feel that adds high end character and depth to your floors.
• The "Sage Green" Aesthetic: Perfectly curated tones of sage and ivory that blend seamlessly with Modern Farmhouse, Boho, or Minimalist decor.
• Life-Proof & Machine Washable: Designed for real homes with real messes. Spilled coffee or muddy paws? Toss it in the machine (Max 85°F / 30°C) and it's as good as new.
• Hybrid Stability (Anti Skid): No more constant adjusting. We’ve fused a premium cotton backing with integrated traction beads for ultimate grip and a weighted, high quality feel.
• Robot Vacuum & Pet Friendly: The 0.2 inch (0.5 cm) ultra low profile design means your robot vacuum won't get stuck, and your pets can play without snagging the threads.
• Safe & Sustainable: Crafted with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified materials. Non-toxic, anti-allergic, and safe for your entire family.
