Handmade Frodo and Gandalf Book Nook: Lord of the Rings Diorama

This listing is for a handmade, LED-lit book nook, inspired by the Lord of the Rings. This scene features Gandalf arriving in the shire on his cart to find Frodo sat upon the bank of the road, surrounded by flowers and grasses.

This book nook is 23cm (9") tall, 7cm (2.7") wide, and 15cm (6") deep. The dimensions are designed to look appropriate alongside standard Tolkien hardback books. In the back of the book nook, a switch and battery holder are hidden to power the an LED light. Please note that no real books are harmed in the production of my nooks!

I have been making book nooks professionally for many years, and over the last few years it has become my full-time job, so you can rest assured that creating a beautiful piece of work for you is my top priority. My book nooks are produced from scratch in my small studio in South Wales. My studio is located in Green Dragon Cottage, which used to be a pub called The Green Dragon dating back to the 1600s. As many names from Tolkien's Middle Earth are taken from the area in which I live, it's possible that my Green Dragon may have inspired The Green Dragon of the Shire!
