The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, depending on where the product is being fulfilled. Please see the estimated fulfillment and delivery time under each listing. During peak times and holidays, I'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them.

If you placed an order in error or changed your mind after purchasing, please kindly request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, I will issue a full refund. In case the cancellation is requested after 24 hours of purchase and your order is already being made/printed, the refund will not be accepted.

Please contact me within 30 days from the day of delivery in case I have shipped you an incorrect/damaged item. I will gladly reprocess your order if the customer can provide close-up photos (with measuring tape) or defective areas on the item. However, if the error is not from my end, I will not be able to accept returns at this time since my products are made-to-order.

What If My Package Is Lost or Stolen?

Please make sure your name and shipping information is correct. I can only go off of what Etsy supplies me. I'm therefore not responsible for shipments to the wrong address. If there happens to be a delivery issue or delay, please contact your local delivery service with the tracking number. I am not responsible for packages once they enter the carrier system.

What if my package is damaged?

The issue when the package arrives damaged is related to the producer/carrier, and the way they deliver and handle the packages. Please message me ASAP! I will need photo proof for processing this order for you.

- For custom products, we will send you a message to confirm the design. Please check your message box and share your feedback with us.

- Washing instructions: Wash inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, do not iron directly on the design.

- Processing time is 1-3 days. Shipping time depends on your selected shipping method at checkout. For expedited shipping, please upgrade during checkout.
