How long does it take to receive my Canva link?

It takes a few minutes for your order to processed and payment to go through. You should receive an email from Etsy and Canva. The email will go to the Etsy email address on file, so please ensure your email address linked to Etsy is up to date.

Custom and personalized orders

Unfortunately, I cannot offer editing services or any customizations of any type for digital files. All of our templates are DIY - to be edited by the customer. I cannot resize the template. Only purchase once you confirm from the listing this is the correct size you are looking for. Please do not purchase if you don't have a computer and you are not able to edit it yourself.

Where can I print my file?

Digital downloads are great to be able to choose your own source of printing! • Vistaprint, Zazzle, Shutterfly - etc • Print at home using your home printer. I recommend printing on white cardstock that is 100lbs - 110lb. • Local professional printer • Chain copy/photo center - Staples, Walgreens, CVS, etc. • Please be advised that our templates are not compatible with precut card stock

All important details on the invitation can be edited. Text can be edited along with the color of the text and type of font used. Invitation images cannot be edited.

Are refunds and cancellations available?

Due to the files being received digitally, we are unable to fulfill any refunds, exchanges or cancellation requests. Please contact me before purchasing if you have any questions.

• The customer is responsible for typing their own text into the template; this includes spelling, grammar and logistics of your event. We are not responsible for any errors or printing costs relating to any such errors. • Please note that the actual print colors may vary slightly from those you see on your screen. Card stock choice can also affect the printed color. • Please ensure your home printer is capable of printing the quality of stationery you require and that it is capable of printing your preferred card stock. We recommend a test print before bulk printing. If you are unhappy with the quality of your home print, we recommend a local print shop for best results. We do not take responsibility for the quality of your print.

• The purchase of a template is for a one time use only. You can edit, save & download your template unlimited times for editing & proofing purposes only. Creating multiple versions for various projects or events is not permitted and may result in your access being revoked. • The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphics or templates from Sunwoven Paper Co. is solely for your own personal use & not for republication, distribution, sale or other use.
