A playful everyday accessory that makes a nice gift for all ages. Each piece features a sculpted fox in a classic 油青 (youqing, oily-green) tone—a muted, greyish-green shade, paired with complementary jadeite beads and hand-knotted with nylon cords. Each charm is one of a kind.

1. Authenticity of Jadeite
All jadeite pieces sold in this shop are Type A (natural, untreated) jadeite. Most items do not come with a certificate to keep prices accessible. However, customers are welcome to obtain certification independently from a recognised gemological institute.
If any purchased item is proven not to be Type A jadeite by an official certification body, we will provide a full refund and cover the cost of the certificate (receipt required).

2. Returns
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Please contact us within this timeframe to initiate a return. The item must be in unworn/unused condition and with its original packaging.

Please note:
-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
-Original shipping fees are non-refundable
-Custom or personalised items are non-returnable (if applicable)
-Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn't returned in original condition


3. Repairs & Warranty (Corded Items)
If a hand-braided item breaks within 1 month of receipt, we will repair or remake it free of charge.
After 1 month, repairs are available for a reasonable fee, depending on the condition and materials. This does not cover damage caused by excessive force, improper use, or accidents.

4. Product Details & Expectations
-Natural jadeite may contain variations or colour differences. These are part of its natural character and not defects.
-Colours may appear slightly different due to lighting and screen settings.
-Please read descriptions and review photos carefully before purchasing, and feel free to message us if you need additional photos or videos.

5. Shipping
-Delivery times shown on the order page are estimates and not guaranteed. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
-Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on location and the postal service.
-Tracking information will be provided where available. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue. Please note that delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our control.

6. Care Instructions
Jadeite is a durable material, but it is not indestructible and can still be damaged by strong impact. To preserve your jadeite items:
-Avoid hard knocks, strong impacts, or dropping
-Keep away from harsh chemicals and perfumes
-Remove before showering, swimming, or sleeping
-Store in a soft pouch when not in use
