Do you accept returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery? How do I download the digital download files I purchased?

Due to the custom nature of our items, Blood and Ink Creative does not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for alterations after delivery. Please communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process — we only know about a preference if you specify it, and we will always do our best to accommodate you! Your digital download instant access file will be attached to your payment receipt, which can be found under the "Purchases and Reviews" tab in your Etsy account. If you ordered a made-to-order custom design, your files will be delivered to the email address associated with your Etsy account within 24 hours of purchase. If you have any trouble locating your files, please message us and we will help.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances? Do you offer rush production?

All sales are final, as every item is custom. If an item is damaged in shipment, it is insured up to $100 and you may submit a claim to USPS online. To do so, you must retain photos of the item and the original packaging. Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving. All orders are processed within our standard 3–10 business days. If you need your order sooner, please reach out, and Blood and Ink will provide a Rush Purchase link if available for the item.

Can I re-sell your designs or products? Where do I print my digital download? Is there a copyright on your items?

Our designs and products are for personal use only for the most part and may not be re-sold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes unless explicitly said in the listing. This applies to all items including romantasy merch, bookish gifts, and art print wall decor home accent pieces. You can print your printable instant download at home or at your favorite print shop. We recommend printing on quality cardstock or photo paper for the best results. We are happy to offer guidance on sizing and paper recommendations if needed. Yes. All designs created by Blood and Ink Creative are protected by copyright. We are a Texas artist original art print shop and take our intellectual property seriously.

What if my package is delayed, lost in transit, or stolen? What if my item is returned to sender? Will a physical item be shipped to me?

Blood and Ink Creative is not liable for packages delayed, lost, or stolen once handed to the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for delays or missing packages. If you suspect theft, you may obtain the last GPS scan location from the carrier and file a report with your local police department. If your order is returned to us for any reason, you are responsible for the cost of re-shipment. That depends on what you ordered! Whether you ordered a custom graphic tee, a personalized blanket custom throw, handmade wood decor rustic farmhouse style piece, or an art print wall decor home accent, physical products will be shipped directly to you. Printable instant download no physical item orders are delivered electronically.

If a sale starts after I place my order, will you refund the difference? Can you work with any budget? Can you work with international clients?

The price paid reflects the item's price at the time of your order. We are not able to retroactively apply discounts to previous purchases. We offer a range of products and price points to accommodate different budgets, from affordable book lover gift fantasy reader items and romantasy merch bookish gifts to higher end handmade wood decor and custom apparel graphic tee options. Please note that international shipping times vary by destination and are outside of our control once the package leaves our hands. What are the care instructions for apparel items? How come the hyperlinks don't work? / Are the links broken?

Please see individual listings for the most detailed directions. But typically, for any custom apparel graphic tee or other clothing item, please wash inside out in cold water. Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron directly on any printed or embroidered design. If you are viewing your canva template editable digital file or any other digital purchase as a printed PDF, hyperlinks will not be clickable. Links are only active in the digital version of the file. If you are viewing digitally and a link still does not work, please reach out and we will troubleshoot with you right away.

If you experience any issue with your file, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Our canva template editable digital file products are designed to be used with Canva, which is accessible on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Some files may also be compatible with Adobe Acrobat or other editing software — please check listing for details. The best way to ensure your colors are matched as closely as possible is to send us photos or links to the items and colors you are trying to match. You can send photo attachments or insert links directly in our message conversation.

What are your business hours? How long does design work take?

We respond to messages most days. You can expect a reply within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Design turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the project. Standard orders — whether a custom graphic tee, personalized blanket custom throw, Texas artist original art print, or canva template editable digital file — are completed within our 3–10 business day processing window. If you need something faster, please reach out to purchase a Rush Order fee.

Do you send photos before you ship items? Will a physical item be shipped to me?

Due to the volume of orders we create and ship each day, we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment.
