Because our products are custom-made specifically for you, we can only accept cancellations within two (2) hours of purchase. However, If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please send us a message within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include a clear photo showing the problem area along with the design/print so we can verify the correct item.

Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer returns or refunds for fit preference, color preferences, ordering the wrong size, buyer's remorse, or simply changing your mind. If a return is approved, the item must be unworn and unused, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Air dry OR tumble on low heat.

• Not following care instructions may result shrinkage and damage to shirt and design.
