The item was delivered very quickly, and communication was generally good. However, I received the wrong size, which was disappointing. Despite the item not being the correct size it was a high quality item. I contacted the seller and they have agreed to issue me with a full refund given the circumstances of receiving the wrong size, which is far too small. So I really cant fault their commitment to customer satisfaction, especially when things go wrong. I will definitely be happy to buy from them again and hope to have better luck next time.
