Custom and personalized orders

I value personalizing your experience to make your customized order unique to your vision. Please send desired customization directly to me once you have placed your order. You are also more than welcome to inquire about the options that are available in my workshop through Etsy.

I strive to provide highly size inclusive orders. Please contact me for customized sizing, I am willing to work with you and can provide you detailed instructions on how to measure for accurate sizing. Many products can be also made to have free sizing as well, allowing you to make adjustments over time.

All products are unique, handmade, and delicate. Please follow the care instructions on the product listing. If you still have more questions, general care instructions are: For garments made out of fiber, please use a delicates bag in the washer on a gentle cold cycle with like colors or handwash. For garments made out of fiber with adornments, please handwash only. I cannot provide replacements for destroyed garments after they are washed. If needed, you can use spot treatment on all products sold unless otherwise stated. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I currently do not offer gift wrapping but I may in the future if there is enough demand.

Wholesale availability

I currently do not offer wholesale. My products are highly customized and are made individually by hand. If you want to purchase bulk orders, please contact me for further discussion.

As songcords are traditionally create by parents then added onto by family and by the owner, they are highly private and unique. For those who have "misplaced" or wish to join in on the tradition, please contact me for then fill out the Songcord Guide. This will ensure accuracy and efficiency when creating the cord. I value your privacy and will not ask for any personal information. I will only ask what is necessary to perform the creation of the songcord. Please contact me for my songcord guide and instructions I typically create songcords.

I pride myself on my ability to upcycle and get creative. I also value authenticity to the source material of the Avatar franchise. That being said, I will do my best to avoid plastics and metal in my artwork with the exception of some products which will list the unusual materials. Some things are nearly impossible to make without these materials and I do not believe in wasting any supplies. Most of my products will use: Hemp cord Cotton cord/yarn/fabric/thread Linen cord/yarn/fabric Glass/clay/porcelain/wood/stone/seashell/pearl beads Genuine leather/cord Mineral paint Products marked with "Upcycled" may contain all of the above and: Faux leather Plastic/polymer/metal beads Polyester or acrylic felt/yarn/fabric/thread/paint

Generative AI is unfortunately quite common in Avatar fanbase spaces. We are STRONGLY anti-generative AI. We refuse to use any generative AI in the process of any of our products and refuse to support generative AI in any form.
