What is the policy for returns and refunds?

We are unable to accept exchanges or returns because our items are made-to-order specifically for you. Of course, we will send you a new item if any of ours are defective or incorrect. We want you to have the best possible experience, so please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We always try our best to ensure product photos are as accurate as possible, please note computer and device monitors can cause color variances. For this reason, we cannot give refunds for minor color variances. When ordering, please ensure you look at product photos using the "zoom" button to see the details.

Absolutely, once we've finished the design, we'll promptly send you a preview via messaging or email, so you can review it. Please keep an eye on your messages to ensure you receive the preview in a timely manner. If we don't received respond from you within 24 hours of sending the proof, we'll proceed with production to ensure we meet the delivery deadline.

Can I send in my own original song lyrics?

Certainly! You're welcome to send in your original song lyrics. In addition to original lyrics, feel free to share any vows, messages, or other details you'd like to incorporate. Simply send us the specifics via messaging or email, and we'll take care of the design process accordingly.
