Ordered a transfer for a school leavers shirt. The item did not arrive in the stated time frame which meant I couldn’t use it. I contacted the seller to ask for a refund but was told that the time frame on Etsy was not reflective of how long it could take to arrive and that I should allow up to 10 working days!? Obviously if this had of been advertised I would have ordered from else where. I think if this seller knows they can not guarantee the item in the stated time frame Etsy advertises then they should let customers know. I was also told if I wanted it sooner then I should have paid for a quicker delivery. Why would I do this if the advertised delivery date was in the time frame needed?! Won’t use again
