How can I access my digital download?

Instead, use your mobile browser to access your Etsy profile and navigate to your purchase history for downloading.

The appearance of the SVG file might resemble a web document, but rest assured, it is indeed an SVG file. You may notice the icon representing your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Explorer, etc.), but once imported into your software, it functions as an SVG file regardless of the icon assigned by your computer.

What font are you using on a design?

In my shop, I have a policy of not disclosing the names of the fonts I use in my designs. This decision is because they are considered proprietary information, akin to 'trade secrets.' I dedicate numerous hours each month to research and invest a significant amount of money in premium font licenses to ensure the highest quality designs for you. Throughout the design process, I often modify the typography to enhance usability for you.

What cutting machine do you recommend.

I have personally utilized the Cricut Maker and found it to be an exceptional tool. Additionally, I have experience with the Glowforge Laser Cutting Machine. Both machines offer remarkable capabilities, empowering creators to craft stunning works of art!

I have an issue with a file.

Each design undergoes meticulous crafting on artboards within my software to guarantee seamless cutting compatibility. However, should you opt to decrease the design size, it may result in more intricate cutting and labor-intensive weeding. If you encounter any concerns or challenges, don't hesitate to reach out to me. I'm here to assist and provide helpful suggestions

Can I convert your designs to sell as digital embroidery files?

No, I do not allow resell of my designs in any digital format whatsoever. This includes digital embroidery designs for resell. I do however have an agreement with Nana's Handmade Baby on Etsy. She is the only digital embroidery seller who is authorized to digitize my designs for embroidery use. However you may sell physical embroidered designs that you create for selling.

How do I size a round design to fit my round blank?

Here's a helpful tip: Start by creating a circle in your software that matches the size of your round blank. Then, align your round design over the circle until it fits perfectly and is properly aligned. Once adjusted, delete the circle and proceed to cut your design. This method ensures that your design fits flawlessly onto your round blank.

Do you create EXCLUSIVE designs?

Yes, I offer custom and exclusive designs. Some renowned shops feature designs exclusively crafted by me. Pricing is contingent upon the design's complexity, with exclusive designs starting at $150 and adjusting according to intricacy. This pricing mirrors the expertise, experience, and investment in premium tools I make monthly. With years dedicated to mastering my craft and refining my compositions, you can rely on the quality of my work. Exclusive designs grant you full copyright ownership. I have limited spots available each month, so reach out via messages should you need these services. I strictly refrain from reproducing or creating designs that utilize or are based upon someone else's copyrighted or trademarked work.

Do you have your files listed on other platforms?

Yes, you can find my designs on various platforms including Cricut, Silhouette, and Glowforge. If you're ever unsure whether the platform you're using is one of my selling platforms, feel free to send me a message, and I'll gladly confirm it for you!

Do you allow your photos to be used to gauge interest for my business?

Yes, as long as you don't list my photos on Etsy, feel free to use them on social media, your website, ect to gauge the interest of your customers. I have now started to include non branded photos in most of my listings for this purpose.
