1. Are your artworks hand-painted or printed?

All artworks in our shop are individually hand-painted on canvas. We do not sell digital prints or machine-printed reproductions. Because different designs may use different paints, texture materials, palette knives, brushes, or metallic details, please check the individual listing description for the exact materials used.

2. Can I customize the size, colors, or texture?

Yes. We welcome custom sizes, color adjustments, orientation changes, and texture preferences. Before placing your order, please send us your preferred dimensions, color palette, room photo, and any specific changes you would like. We will confirm the details and feasibility with you first.

3. Can you create a painting from my photo or personal idea?

Yes. We accept custom commissions based on personal photos, landscapes, portraits, sports images, interior inspiration, or your own concept. Please provide a clear reference image and describe the size, colors, style, composition, and texture you prefer. We will review the request and provide a custom quote before production begins.

4. Will my painting look exactly like the listing photo?

Every painting is created by hand, so slight variations in brushstrokes, texture, color placement, and small details are natural. Your artwork will closely follow the original composition and overall color palette, but it will remain a unique, handmade piece. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings and room lighting.

5. Will I receive photos before the painting is shipped?

Yes. We will send clear photos, and when appropriate a short video, of the completed painting before shipment. You may request reasonable minor adjustments at this stage. Please review the approval images carefully, as major composition or color changes may require additional time or fees.

6. How long will my order take to arrive?

Most paintings require approximately 2–5 days to complete, followed by around 4–9 days for express delivery. The usual total delivery time is approximately 6–14 days, although large, highly textured, framed, or customized artworks may require additional time. Please refer to the estimated delivery date shown on the individual listing. Orders may be shipped by FedEx, DHL, UPS, or another suitable express carrier.

7. Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

The policy of tariff exemption applies to the United States and most other countries. Please contact us before ordering if you would like confirmation for your destination. Customs processing times are controlled by local authorities and may occasionally cause delays.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may already have started, so cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact us through Etsy Messages as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel your order.

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Return and exchange eligibility depends on the individual listing. For eligible orders, please contact us before returning the artwork and send it back within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and any additional return-related charges. A refund will be issued after the returned artwork has been received and inspected. If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the painting, packaging, and shipping label.

10. How should I care for my painting?

Display your painting indoors and keep it away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, water, and heat sources. Do not place objects on top of the canvas or lay the painted surface face-down. To remove dust, use a clean, soft, dry brush or cloth. Do not apply water, household cleaners, alcohol, or chemical products directly to the painted surface.
