At Panda Pop Tees, we try to create designs that pop and we make sure your shirt is soft like a Panda. We source quality T-shirts, long sleeves, sweatshirts, toddler and youth apparel, and baby onesies, all at affordable prices. As a small family business, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.

All of our products are printed by us here in the USA, and we do not work with third-party printing services. We use premium high quality DTF transfer for printing and double print for added durability.

---------------- HOW TO ORDER ----------------

1- Please click on the menu where it says "size" and select your product size and type (Sweatshirt, t-shirt, Long Sleeve etc..).
**If a listing offers different product types (like sweatshirts and T-shirts), please ensure you choose the correct one, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect selections**
2- Select your color.
3- Adjust the quantity.
4- Add your t-shirt to your cart.
5- Each Shirt is sold separately and not as a set.
For multiple T-shirts (to create a set ) go back to the listing and repeat the steps.

-------------- NOTES --------------

** Actual colors may vary. Due to the fact that every computer monitor and smartphone screen has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. Please keep in mind that colors can vary slightly from the screen color to the printed product.

** We choose our t-shirts from one of these brands according to stock status; Bella Canvas, Gildan Soft Style, Gildan Heavy Cotton, Next Level and Laviva. If you want a specific brand please tell us.

** Cotton and polyester blends vary by color and brand, including heathered options. Feel free to ask about the blend of a specific T-shirt before purchasing.

** If a design color personalization option is not available, we will select the design color based on your chosen shirt color.
For example:
Black text/design will be on light-colored shirts.
White text/design will be on dark-colored shirts.
Some design colors may not have light and dark options. Please check the listing images—if a dark design is shown on a dark shirt, it means the design color is fixed for all items.


------------------------ SIZE -------------------------

- We have a size charts available on our listing pictures.
- All our products are unisex.
Please check the size chart for accurate measurements for all sizes. The best practice is to measure one of your own at home and compare it with the given size chart.
(Ladies, you should consider ordering one size down if you prefer a summer fit.)

---------------- CARE INSTRUCTIONS --------------

-Wash item inside out in warm/cold water.
-Do not bleach.
-Do not dry clean.
-Do not iron directly on the design, Iron on low heat inside out.
-Tumble dry on low.
-Avoid ironing directly on the design, If you notice folding lines on the design, you can use a baking sheet while ironing.


---------------- PRINTING AND SHIPPING -----------------

-Processing time is 1-3 business days.
*After processing:
--Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days.
--Priority shipping is usually 2-3 business days.
--Express shipping generally takes 1-2 business days.
Shipping upgrades will be available at the checkout page.

*If you need your item sooner, please contact us and consider selecting a shipping upgrade.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier and will not issue refunds for items not received by a specific date once we ship on time.
During holiday seasons, carriers may experience increased volume, so please allow extra time for delivery.

**We do not accept returns or exchanges, as each shirt is made to order according to your specifications.
**Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase.

**We take great care in processing each order; however, we will issue a refund or replacement if an error occurs on our part.
