How do I get my files after purchase them?

Upon completing your purchase, you will promptly receive an email containing a PDF with instructions on accessing your CANVA template files. Please ensure to check your junk/spam folder if you do not find it in your inbox. Please avoid using Apple ID as you may not receive the email. Apple ID does not provide an email address, hence we are unable to send the files. However, iCloud emails are suitable as they are distinct from an Apple ID. Remember to sign up for a free CANVA account to access the file.

How do I edit my order?

Please ensure that you have read the item description to understand the type of item you are purchasing. Some of our designs are editable, while others are non-editable and are sold as seen. The listing description will specify the type of item you are purchasing. Before making a purchase, carefully review the product listing description to determine the type of file you are purchasing and how it will be delivered or retrieved.

Do you offer printing service?

I recommend visiting a professional print shop where you can receive expert advice and physically touch the paper options you are interested in choosing.

Can you edit a template for me?

I do not offer editing services or any customizations for digital files, except for scaling the template sizes. Our templates are designed for customers to edit themselves as they are intended for a do-it-yourself approach. Please refrain from purchasing if you are unable to edit the files independently.

What are the Terms Of Uses?

The purchase of a template is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Please refrain from sharing the Canva link with individuals who have not purchased it. Cococard reserves the right to revoke access to a template if the user fails to comply with these terms.

Why isn't my file printing accurately?

If the file(s) appear crisp on 'view' but blurry when 'PRINTED', it is typically a result of the files being saved incorrectly. Ensure that the files are saved properly. Please note that I design the files for printing, but I am not responsible for the actual printing process. This responsibility falls solely on the buyer due to the various uncontrollable variables involved, as you are not utilizing my services for printing. I have no affiliation with the final printing outcome.
