How to exercise your right of withdrawal:

2) Return the item(s) within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Returns are sent to Switzerland (CH). Please note that import duties/taxes paid on delivery in the buyer’s country are not refundable by the seller.
When returning items internationally, the buyer is responsible for any costs and formalities required to send the goods back (including customs paperwork and any charges applied on the return shipment).

Our outbound shipping:
All orders are shipped with tracked and insured delivery as our standard shipping method.

Return conditions (important):
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all included parts and original packaging (when applicable).
- Please pack the item carefully to prevent damage in transit.
- The buyer is responsible for the item until it is received back by us.
- We strongly recommend (and for high-value items we consider it essential) that returns are sent using tracked and insured shipping. If a return is lost or damaged in transit, the buyer is liable.

Return shipping costs:
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:
- Import duties/taxes paid on delivery are not refundable by the seller.
- Once we receive the returned item(s), or proof that the item(s) have been sent back, we will refund within 14 days.
- Refund includes the item price. Any upgrade/additional services requested by the buyer are not refundable unless required by law.
- Refunds are made using the original payment method when possible.

Exceptions - no right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or personalised items made to order (e.g., resized jewellery, resized rings upon request, personalised pieces, custom framing or made-to-order modifications).
- Digital downloads once the download has started.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery (e.g., sealed earrings). If earrings are delivered with a hygiene seal/tamper-evident packaging, they can only be returned if the seal is intact.
