Keep the tape snug but not tight. • Under Bust Wrap the tape just under your bust — this is the ribcage measurement. Keep the tape level and close to the body. • Waist Measure around the narrowest part of your waist — usually just above the belly button. Keep your abdomen relaxed. • Hips Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks while standing with feet together.
