⚠️ Please note: This listing includes the banner only. Ribbon, frame, and stand are NOT included.

Design previews are available for approval for approximately 20–24 hours only because Etsy orders have a limited processing timeframe, so I’m unable to hold an order for an extended period while waiting for approval. If you choose the preview option, please keep an eye on your Etsy message notifications so you don’t miss it.
If your order is time-sensitive or you need it as soon as possible, I recommend skipping the preview, since waiting for approval can add extra processing time. Don’t worry—I’ll still carefully follow all the personalization details and requests you leave with your order before sending it to production.

Cancellation Policy: Because personalized orders are custom-made based on your specific requests, cancellations are only accepted within 8 hours of placing the order. After 8 hours, the order cannot be canceled once the design process or production has started.
