How do I download my purchase?

Please see Etsy's guide to digital downloads at the link below: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949 To access your digital files follow the steps below: 1. Log in to Etsy.com in your browser (can't download from the app) and go to Your Account. 2. Go to the option that says Purchases. 3. Next to the order, select Download files. This will take you to the download page for all the files attached to your order. If you still cannot find your download, please message me and I will do my best to assist.

How do I unzip the files?

To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file or folder from the zipped folder to a new location. To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions. To unzip a folder on a MAC or other device, follow the instructions in Google or any other search engine. NOTE! It's free! You don't need to buy or download anything to unzip the folder!

Can I use these templates multiple times?

Yes! Once purchased, you can reuse your templates as many times as you like for your personal or business projects.

My program does not open your files at the correct size. Help!

Cricut has had many updates, so the templates may not take the correct dimensions. To solve this problem you need to manually put in the measurements (which are included in the package). Also Cricut has a maximum "print and cut" size of 6.78'' x 9.28''. To print a larger size, use the YouTube Video or any other instructions on the net.

Do you make custom orders?

No, unfortunately I can't do custom templates and designs yet, sorry.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the template?

Due to the digital nature of the products, we cannot offer refunds. Please read the description carefully and review all included files before purchasing.

Do your empty templates go with mockups ?

No, this store does not sell mockups, only templates and ready-made designs.
