SIZE: women's US 9 -- the marked size does seem to run accurate (I've worn these a few times at 7.5/8 despite them being too big.)

condition: as-is, but very sturdy + wearable. the leather is very soft + supple, these have been conditioned + polished by a cobbler. the leather has lovely patina, even despite a few scars. the sole has normal wear, no need for a resole, and the heel tips are new rubber. there's some splitting to the leather at one V of the boot, and the side seems to have been backed + top stitched for the same reason. there's also one tear at the back of the heel, the usual problem spot -- this is lined with leather + fabric, and doesn't affect wear.
