To preserve your jewelry it should not be worn while swimming, bathing/showering or participating in sports or come in contact with hair products, lotions, perfumes or harsh chemicals. Use a jewelry polishing cloth to clean. Stretch bracelets should be rolled onto the wrist to preserve the integrity of the elastic cording. I include care instructions and a travel jewelry polishing cloth with each order.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Your jewelry will be packaged safely and in a shipping box. Inside the box you will receive the following: care instructions, anti-tarnish zip lock bag, travel size jewelry polishing cloth and a Thank you business card. Your jewelry will be wrapped inside tissue and everything will be placed inside a drawstring pouch, then placed inside a shipping box. All perfect for gift giving, travel or storage.

Custom and personalized orders

At this time I do not accept custom or personalized orders. If you need a size adjustment for a bracelet, please contact me to discuss the possibility of altering the size. If I have to add a ring to extend the bracelet there is no charge. If I have to restring the bracelet to enlarge it there will be a 5.00 re-sizing charge to do so as this will require more supplies and labor.

Please make sure of the correct length needed for your selected jewelry before ordering. Some but not all of my necklaces and bracelets come with a chain to adjust length. Bracelets are measured by WRIST SIZE not length, using a cone sizer. The cone sizer mimics the circumference of your wrist. Larger stones require a longer length to fit, so a size 7 would not be 7 inches. Using a cone sizer allows for a more accurate fit of the bracelet. If you need an adjustment in size please let me know. *** Chunky Bracelets are heavier in weight due to the amount of stones and beads used to create the Chunky style.

I am not responsible for any delays in transit or delivery to wrong address by carrier or incorrect address given on order. There are some delays within USPS that I have no control of once I have handed over your purchase to the postal service. Once your package is in the mail, I have no control of how long it will take to arrive or where it goes. I DO NOT refund or re-ship packages that the postal system has marked as delivered. If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact your local post office and have them look at the GPS as to where it was delivered.

What returns are accepted, condition and requirements.

I DO NOT accept returns or replacements on EARRINGS due to hygiene reasons. No returns on earrings will be accepted. If you have a return request for any other item, convo me within 2 days of delivery. BUYER is responsible for all shipping cost to return item and MUST have a tracking number. Shipping cost are NOT REFUNDABLE. The return item must be returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION and in all original packaging as received. Once I receive the item and it complies with all requirements listed above I will then send a refund LESS SHIPPING FEES INCURRED TO SHIP TO YOU. I do not issue refunds for damages caused by buyer.
