If you live in the US you should be able to track your order even if it was sent in a letter envelope. If it's been longer than two weeks and you are within the United States and have not received your order please reach out to me. If you are residing outside of the United States your order can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. If there is not tracking for your order this means it was sent in a letter envelope with a stamp. It can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks for international Letter mail.

My Order Says Delivered but I have not received it yet

If your order says delivered but it is not in your mailbox it most likely is still on its way. With Etsy Letter Labels they often say delivered before they actually are. Please wait 2-3 days for it to show up. If it's been longer than 2-3 days please reach out to me.

Wholesale availability

Please reach out to me with bulk order inquiries. Bulk orders price can range depending on the sticker shape. The more of the sticker I can fit on a page the less it will cost. So it varies per design. Just let me know what design it is you need, size, how many and by when. These are all factors that go into getting you your quote.

Personalized Orders (Names and such)

For personalized orders I will only send a draft out if it's requested. If you have requested a draft, please be ready to approve it to prevent delays with your order. I have to follow my processing time schedule with Etsy which is 1-2 business days. I can only extend the date for your order if it has been previously discussed and agreed on between me and the buyer. Not responding to a draft within 24 hours could result in me having to cancel your order. If this happens you are more than welcome to re-order.

Need a sticker in a different size?

Just send me a message and let me know. Most of my stickers default size is 3 inches. I can make them smaller or bigger upon request.

My order says it shipped but the tracking still says Pre-transit?

If you received an email stating that your "order has shipped" then that means it has left my possession and is on its way to you despite still saying "Pre-Transit". It is very normal with Etsy Letter Labels to stay in "Pre-Transit" for a couple days after being mailed. Etsy letter labels only get marked "In Transit" once they have been processed by my regional sorting facility. If the sorting facility is backed up this can take up to 2-3 days at most. Usually it's within 24-48hrs of shipping that they are marked in transit. Sometimes these letter labels can completely miss their origin scan and don't update until they reach their destination. And other times they might even be delivered without ever changing from "Pre-Transit".

Do you do custom designs?

No. Not at this time. I currently do not have the time to take on custom designs at the moment. If you would like to see about editing an existing design in my shop, you are more than welcome to message me and I will let you know if it is something that can be done.

Do you offer any discounts if I am buying several different stickers at a time?

Yes! We have 4 different discount bundles currently. Each bundle you can choose any design you would like. Bundles only exclude personalized items and specific sticker sets. We have a 4, 8, 16, and a 24 pack to choose from. The more you bundle the higher the savings! On our shop page type in the word "Bundle" and you will see those options appear in my listings to purchase. On the listing itself you will find more details on how to go about purchasing.

I entered my tracking information on USPS and it says its not valid

If your tracking number starts with a "0" then it is a letter. Letter tracking numbers are not searchable on the USPS website. Letter tracking is very different from the package tracking you are most likely used to. Letter tracking is not very accurate at times and not considered "in real time tracking". The letter tracking number is issued by Pitney Bowes and Etsy which is why USPS has no way to look these tracking numbers up. You will only be able to view the tracking updates here on Etsy. Letters are notorious for not updating at all or skipping certain tracking stages. If you are unsure about anything please feel free to message me and I can look into it.
